PreExisting Obligations

PreExisting Obligations. The term "Pre-Existing Obligations" shall mean any written contractual obligations with respect to the Licensed Antibody Know-How or the Patent Rights that were in effect prior to March 22, 2002, between M-Tech or any of its Affiliates and any third parties. A list of all such contractual obligations is attached as Exhibit B hereto.
