Preexisting Plans

Preexisting Plans. Mean the Company's 1986 Stock Option Plan, 1992 Stock Option, 1994 Incentive Stock Option Plan and 1996 Incentive Compensation and Stock Award Plan.

Preexisting Plans. Means each of the following Company plans: The 2001 Stock Award and Incentive Plan, the 1991 Key Employees' Stock Option Plan, as amended and restated; the Key Employees' Performance Unit Plan, as amended and restated; and the 1998 Directors' Stock Plan, as amended and restated.

Preexisting Plans. Mean the Lincoln National Corporation 1986 Stock Option Incentive Plan (the "Stock Option Plan") and the 1994 Amended and Restated Lincoln National Corporation Executive Value Sharing Plan (the "EVSP").

Preexisting Plans. Mean the Company's Non-Qualified Stock Option Plan, 1992 Non-Qualified Stock Option Plan, 1992 Employee Stock Option Plan, 1995 Employee Stock Option Plan, 1997 Stock Option Plan for Non-Employee Directors, and any other Company stock option plan under which options are outstanding at the Effective Date.

Preexisting Plans. Means the Home Diagnostics, Inc. 2002 Stock Option Plan and the Home Diagnostics, Inc. 1992 Stock Option Plan.

Preexisting Plans. Mean the Company's 2000 Stock Option Plan and Stock Incentive Plan for Outside Directors

Preexisting Plans. The Company's 2001 Stock Incentive Plan and 1991 Stock Incentive Plan.

Preexisting Plans. The CVS Corporation Omnibus Incentive Plan, the CVS Corporation 1987 Stock Option Plan, and the CVS Corporation 1973 Stock Option Plan

Preexisting Plans. The 2000 Stock Option Plan, 2004 Stock Option Plan and the 2007 Performance Share Plan, as the same may be amended to the Effective Date.
