PREEXISTING TECHNOLOGY

PREEXISTING TECHNOLOGY. Shall mean all technology in or to the Nitrogen System and Apparatus (other than Development Inventions) that are reasonably necessary for Endocare to use, access or incorporate in order to exercise its rights under this Agreement with respect to the research, development, making, using, offering for sale or importing of Endocare Existing Products or Development Inventions.
