PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT

PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT. Shall mean preferred and preferential pricing on a "most favored nation" basis with respect to any and all fees, costs, price reductions, rebates, allowances, expenses or charges as might be offered to any other person, party or enterprise, and at all times at least as favorable to the best pricing offered any other person, party or enterprise.
