Preferred Maturity Date. The second anniversary of the Original Issue Date as defined in the Stapled Preferred Articles being the date upon which the Preferred Stock is mandatorily redeemable pursuant to its terms as such date may be extended from time to time at the option of the Company pursuant to the terms of the Preferred Stock.
