Preferred Redemption Date

Preferred Redemption Date. The earliest of i the date on which all of the then outstanding shares of Preferred Stock are redeemed by the Company pursuant to the provisions thereof ii the Preferred Maturity Date iii the date on which an Optional Redemption Notice as defined in the Stapled Preferred Articles is delivered to the Company and iv the date on which a Special Redemption Notice as defined in the Stapled Preferred Articles is delivered by the Company to holders of the Preferred Stock.
