Preferred Units

Preferred Units. Means all Partnership Interests designated as preferred units by the General Partner from time to time in accordance with Section 4.02 of the Partnership Agreement.

Preferred Units. Shall mean preferred units of limited partnership in the Partnership that have been issued prior hereto or are issued hereafter.

Preferred Units. Has the meaning given to it in the LLC Agreement.

Preferred Units. Means, collectively, the Company's Series A Preferred Units, Series B Preferred Units and Series C Preferred Units.

Preferred Units. Means the Preferred Units of the Company, having the rights and preferences set forth with respect thereto in the LLC Agreement. Pursuant to the terms of the LLC Agreement, all Preferred Units issued prior to the date hereof are referred to as "Series A Preferred Units," and all Preferred Units issued contemporaneously with the date hereof are referred to as "Series B -------- Preferred Units." - ---------------

Preferred Units. Means the Company's Preferred Units, as adjusted for any unit split, unit dividend or other combination, exchange, conversion, recapitalization, merger, consolidation or reorganization, or if the Preferred Units are hereafter changed into or exchanged for different interests or securities of the Company, such other interests or securities, and any other preferred interests of the Company hereinafter issued.

Preferred Units. Means any of the Series A Preferred Units, Series B Preferred Units, Series C Preferred Units, Series D Preferred Units or any other preferred equity securities authorized by the Company (or its successors) which are not Common Units.

Preferred Units. Has the meaning which the LLC Agreement assigns to that term.

Preferred Units. Means the Partnership's Preferred Units.

Preferred Units. Means the Preferred Units of the Company which may be issued as part of the repurchase price for Units pursuant to the Management Subscription Agreements.
