Preliminary Approval Order
Preliminary Approval Order. Means an Order of the Bankruptcy Court (i) extending its discretion to apply Rule 23 to these proceedings, and (ii) approving the form and manner of notice to the Plaintiffs, including notice to the proposed Classes upon finding that this Court will likely be able to approve the Settlement under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23(e)(2) and certify the settlement-purpose classes.
