The preliminary Bonus Award which can be earned and paid for the Bonus Period to a Participant, which results from multiplying the Participant's Compensation for the Bonus Period by the product of (i) the Participant's Target Bonus Percentage and (ii) the Participant's relevant Aggregate Corporate Performance Bonus Multiplier.
