PRELIMINARY MONTHLY REPORT. Means a preliminary report of the Ticket Transactions in the previous month, which data shall be based on ORBITZ's daily reports received from etravelexperts, LLC, ORBITZ's provider of ticket fulfillment and handling services, back office reporting and ARC Settlement and reporting services ("ETX").
