Preliminary Payments

Preliminary Payments. Shall mean the payments set forth in the Contract, consisting of ($40,671.13 due upon execution followed by) 46 consecutive (monthly or quarterly) payments in the amount of $40,671.13 commencing 30 days after the adjustment Date, followed by one monthly payment of $164,820.60.
