Preliminary Prospectus Supplement

Preliminary Prospectus Supplement. Means the preliminary prospectus supplement to the Base Prospectus (including the Base Prospectus as so supplemented) that described the Securities and the Offering (as defined herein) and omitted the Rule 430B Information and that was used prior to the filing of the Final Prospectus Supplement, including any documents incorporated by reference therein.

Preliminary Prospectus Supplement. Shall mean any preliminary prospectus supplement to the Basic Prospectus which describes the Securities and the offering thereof and is used by the Underwriters prior to filing of the Final Prospectus, together with the Basic Prospectus.

Preliminary Prospectus Supplement. Means the Preliminary Prospectus Supplement dated April 26, 2010, related to the Units.
