PreMerger Options
PreMerger Options. Pre-Merger Options means those options to purchase common stock of Chester Valley that were granted prior to the date on which the Merger Agreement was executed by the parties thereto and which remain unvested immediately prior to the Effective Date.
PreMerger Options. Pre-Merger Options means those options to purchase common stock of Chester Valley Bancorp, Inc. ("Chester Valley") which remained unvested immediately prior to the acquisition of Chester Valley by the Corporation.
