Premium RSUs
Premium RSUs. The number of RSUs covered by an RSU Award that represents a number of RSUs determined by dividing 10% of the amount of the Incentive Award elected to be subject to the RSU Award by the Fair Market Value of a share of Stock on the Conversion Date.
