Premium Stock Units

Premium Stock Units. The number of Stock Units that represents a number of Stock Units determined by dividing 10% of the compensation deferred on the Conversion Date by the Fair Market Value for a share of Stock on the Conversion Date. Premium Stock Units shall be credited as Premium DSUs with respect to a DSU election and Premium RSUs with respect to an RSU election.
