PreNDA Meeting

PreNDA Meeting. Shall mean, with respect to the use of the Product in the Field, a meeting that takes place with the FDA in advance of filing the Registration Application in the U.S. to confirm (i) the adequacy of the filing data, and (ii) subject to the review of the data, that no further pre-clinical or clinical studies are required in order to file.
