Prepayment Refund Date

Prepayment Refund Date. With respect to any Class A-R Noteholder that has deposited all (or a portion of) its Class A-R Commitment Amount into such Class A-R Noteholder's Class A-R Prepayment Account in accordance with Section 2.5(a), the Business Day after the Commitment Termination Date has occurred (or such earlier date designated by the relevant Class A-R Noteholder by notice to the Trustee, the Issuer and the Revolving Credit Note Agent).
