Example Definitions of "PrePetition Collateral"
PrePetition Collateral. Shall mean all "Collateral" as such term is defined in the Loan Agreement and all other security for the Pre-Petition Obligations as provided in the Existing Financing Agreements immediately prior to the Petition Date. -4-
