PrePetition Obligations. Shall mean all Revolving Loans, Letter of Credit Accommodations and all other advances, including, without limitation, all debts, obligations, liabilities, indebtedness, covenants and duties of Chapter 11 Borrower to Lender of every kind, nature and description, however evidenced, whether direct or indirect, absolute or contingent, joint or several, secured or unsecured, due or not due, primary or secondary, liquidated or unliquidated, arising prior to the Petition Date and arising under or... related to the Existing Financing Agreements or by operation of law and whether incurred by Chapter 11 Borrower as principal, surety, endorser, guarantor or otherwise and including, without limitation, all principal, interest, financing charges, letter of credit fees, unused line fees, servicing fees, line increase fees, early termination fees, prepayment penalties, late payment fees, other fees, commissions, costs, expenses (including, without limitation, audit and appraisal fees and expenses) and reasonable attorneys', accountants' and consultants' fees and expenses incurred by Lender in connection with any of the foregoing.
