PreRegistration Activities. Means those activities that are necessary prerequisites to the preparation and filing of the NDA for the Product with the FDA consisting of: (i) filing and/or updating the DMF, (ii) completing stability studies as necessary for such NDA filing, and (iii) conducting Clinical Studies.
