PRI Patents

PRI Patents. Means those: (i) granted patents and patent applications set forth in Schedule B-2, (ii) Third Party patents set forth in Schedule B-2, and (iii) any other patent, patent application, and Third Party patent which PRI, in its sole discretion, may from time to time add to Schedule B-2, subject to the [ * ], in which PRI has a licensable interest, to the extent such granted patents, patent applications and Third Party patents may apply in the Field.
