Price Approval. Means, with respect to any country in which the price at which METUCHEN or its Affiliates or sublicensees sells Product must be approved by a Governmental Authority or Regulatory Agency for reimbursement or payment purposes, the receipt of approval by the applicable authority with respect to such price.
