Price

Price. The total transactional cost of materials with or without freight as agreed in the FOB section.

Price. Price means the price for the Services as set forth in the Scope of Work.

Price. Shall mean the price to be charged by Unipath for Product supplied hereunder, as set forth on Exhibit C, as the same may be amended or otherwise modified from time to time pursuant to the terms set forth herein.
