Pricing Period

Example Definitions of "Pricing Period"
Pricing Period. Shall mean the period beginning on the Put Notice Date and ending on and including the date which is five (5) Trading Days after such Put Notice Date.
Pricing Period. Shall mean the period beginning on the Put Notice Date and ending on and including the date which is five (5) ten (10) Trading Days after such Put Notice Date.

Pricing Period. In relation to any Exchange Shares, the five (5) Trading Days immediately preceding the date upon which Investor shall have delivered to Issuer the corresponding Exchange Notice.
