Example Definitions of "Pricing Rate"
Pricing Rate. Means the LIBOR Rate (or, if applicable, the alternate rate determined under Section 6.7) plus the LIBOR Margin or the Default Pricing Rate, as determined under this Agreement, provided that the Pricing Rate shall not be less than 3.00%.
Pricing Rate. Means the LIBOR Rate (or, if applicable, the alternate rate determined under Section 6.7) plus the LIBOR Margin or the Default Pricing Rate, as determined under this Agreement, provided that the Pricing Rate shall not be less than 3.00%. 2.825%.

Pricing Rate. As of any date of determination, be equal to the sum of (i) the LIBO Rate as of such date of determination plus (ii) the Applicable Margin.
Pricing Rate. The per annum percentage rate for determination of Price Differential. The Pricing Rate for any Tranche may be determined by reference to the Balance Funded Rate, the LIBOR Rate plus the LIBOR Margin, or the Past Due Rate, as specified by the Seller or as otherwise determined under this Agreement.
Pricing Rate. A rate per annum equal to the sum of (i) the Index Rate plus (ii) the Pricing Spread. Buyer's calculations with respect thereto shall be conclusive absent manifest error.
