Primarily Directed to. With respect to a field of use, (a) with respect to Patent Rights, that the patent or patent application has no disclosure that can support a claim that has substantial application outside such field of use; and (b) with respect to any other Intellectual Property Right or Technology, that such Intellectual Property Right or Technology does not have any substantial application outside such field of use.
