Primary Warrant

Primary Warrant. That certain primary common stock purchase warrant in respect of shares of Common Stock, dated as of the date of this Secured Promissory Note and issued by the Borrower to the Lender, relying on Section 4(a)(2) of the Securities Act or Regulation D thereunder for exemption from the registration requirements of Section 5 of the Securities Act.
