Primo Intellectual Property. Primo customer lists, the PRIMO trade name, Primo copyrights, Primo patents, Primo trademarks and service marks (including those trademarks with Trademark Registration Numbers 4071634, 3166619 and 3966107 owned by Primo), and any and all intellectual property of Primo included in or associated with any Products, Services, displays, return apparatus, decals and/or marketing or advertising materials provided by Primo to DSW in connection with this Agreement
