PRIMSOL INVENTORY

PRIMSOL INVENTORY. Shall mean, insofar as it relates to Primsol, all raw materials, work in-process, and finished inventory of Pledgor of every type or description and all documents of title covering such inventory, and shall specifically include, insofar as it relates to Primsol, all "inventory" as such term is defined in the UCC, now or hereafter owned by Pledgor;
