Principal Holder

Principal Holder. Means any of the Anchor Shareholders.

Principal Holder. Means the original Holder of this Warrant on the date of issue, or if such original Holder so elects, any permitted transferee of all or any portion of this Warrant whom such original Holder shall have designated by written notice to the Company as the successor Principal Holder.
