Principal Market. The OTC Bulletin Board; provided however, that in the event the Company's Common Stock is ever listed or traded on the Nasdaq Global Market, the Nasdaq Global Select Market, the Nasdaq Capital Market, the New York Stock Exchange, or the NYSE Amex, or successor to any of these national securities exchanges, than the "Principal Market" shall mean such other market or exchange on which the Company's Common Stock is then listed or traded.
