Principal. Shall mean SW 105 Wagon Wheel Limited Partnership, a Delaware limited partnership, the sole member of Borrower and the holder of all Equity Interests in Borrower and any person or entity who becomes the owner of any Equity Interest in Borrower after the date of this Agreement and is identified as such in an amendment or supplement to this Agreement.
