Printchannel Workflow Assets. Means all Intellectual Property Rights which, in whole or in part, provide for or execute Workflow and Content Functionality and which form part of the Printchannel Assets as well as all documentation, help files, schematics, specifications, design documents, data, development plans and other materials related thereto.
