Prior 3 Year Average Cash Bonus

Prior 3 Year Average Cash Bonus. The dollar amount that is equal to the average cash portion of the annual bonus (if any) that was paid to Employee for the three Fiscal Years immediately preceding the Fiscal Year of the Termination Date. If Employee was employed by the Group for less than such three prior Fiscal Years then the Prior 3 Year Average Cash Bonus shall be calculated based only on the prior Fiscal Years in which Employee was employed by the Group.
