Prior Invention

Prior Invention. The term "Prior Invention" means any invention, improvement, process, design, software program, technique, configuration or original work of authorship (whether or not patentable, copyrightable or subject to other legal protection) made, developed, conceived of or reduced to practice by Employee, either alone or jointly with others, prior to the commencement of his or her employment with the Company or Berry.
