Prior Inventions

Prior Inventions. All inventions, original works of authorship, developments, improvements, and trade secrets that were made by Executive prior to Executive's employment with the Company, as set forth on Exhibit A to this Agreement.

Prior Inventions. Shall include all Inventions that I have a) alone or jointly with others, conceived, developed or reduced to practice prior to the commencement of my employment with the Company, or b) caused to be conceived, developed or reduced to practice prior to the commencement of my employment with the Company, and that I consider to be my property or the property of third parties and that I wish to have excluded from the scope of this Agreement.
