Prior Period. Means the fiscal year of the Relevant Company that coincides with or ends within the fiscal year of the Company immediately preceding the fiscal year of the Company to which the applicable Performance Goal applies.
Prior Period. Any period during which (a) Employee was employed by the Company or any of its Affiliates or Subsidiaries (including any predecessors thereof) or (b) Employee was engaged in work, activities, services, or efforts on behalf of the Company or the Business prior to the formation of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates (including any predecessors thereof)
