Prior Plan. Shall mean the Company's Amended and Restated 2015 Omnibus Incentive Plan. Outstanding awards granted under the Prior Plan continue to be governed under the terms of the Prior Plans and, as of the Effective Date, no Awards may be granted under the Prior Plan.
