Prior Plans

Prior Plans. Means the Prior CBTX Plans and the Prior Allegiance Plans.

Prior Plans. The Parthusceva, Inc. (subsequently known as CEVA, Inc.) 2002 Stock Incentive Plan (as amended and restated on May 15, 2007) and the Ceva, Inc. 2003 Director Stock Option Plan (amended and restated on May 15, 2007 and May 17, 2011).

Prior Plans. The Company's 2017 Stock Incentive Plan, its 2013 Stock Incentive Plan and its 1996 Stock Option Plan for Non-Employee Directors

Prior Plans. Any Long-Term Performance Plan of International Business Machines Corporation.

Prior Plans. Shall mean, collectively, the Company's 2009 Long-Term Incentive Plan, 2012 Long-Term Incentive Plan, 2013 Long-Term Incentive Plan, and 2017 Long-Term Incentive Plan, each as amended and/or restated. Awards granted under the Prior Plans continue to be governed under the terms of those Prior Plans.

Prior Plans. Any prior equity incentive plans of the Company or its predecessor.

Prior Plans. The Company's Amended and Restated 2006 Stock Incentive Plan and 2013 Stock Incentive Plan

Prior Plans. Collectively, the (i) Toll Brothers, Inc. Stock Incentive Plan for Employees (2014) and (ii) Toll Brothers, Inc. Stock Incentive Plan for Non-Executive Directors (2016)

Prior Plans. The Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc. 2013 Stock Incentive Plan, the Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc. 2013 Manager Incentive Plan, the Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc. 2016 Stock Incentive Plan and the Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc. 2016 Manager Incentive Plan
