Prior Warrants

Prior Warrants. Shall refer to (i) that certain Warrant, dated December 20, 1996, in the name of Technology Investment Fund Incorporated, to purchase an aggregate of 41,800 shares of Common Stock; (ii) that certain Warrant, dated November 4, 1998, in the name of Finova Technology Finance, to purchase 26,250 shares of Common Stock; and (iii) that certain Warrant, dated April 30, 1999, in the name of TBCC Funding Trust II, to purchase 50,000 shares of Common Stock.
