Prior Year Cash Bonus

Prior Year Cash Bonus. The dollar amount that is equal to the cash portion of the annual bonus (if any) that was paid to Employee for the Fiscal Year immediately preceding the Fiscal Year of the Termination Date. If Employee was not employed by the Group in the prior Fiscal Year then the Prior Year Cash Bonus shall equal zero.
