Priority Amount. Shall have the meaning given to such term in the LLC Agreement. If this Warrant were exercised on the Issuance Date, the Priority Amount of each Class A Unit of CAC LLC held by the Holder and used for purposes of paying the Aggregate Exercise Price for such exercise would be $1,000, which is the purchase price paid by the Holder for each such Class A Unit on the Issuance Date.
