Priority Distribution Limit

Priority Distribution Limit. (a) for the calendar year 2004, $15,462,167, and (b) for each subsequent calendar year, the amount which is calculated by increasing the amount of the Priority Distribution Limit for the immediately preceding calendar year by the same percentage as the Consumer Price Index adjustment for the same year.
