Example Definitions of "Priority Return"
Priority Return. Means an amount equal to 4.875% per annum, of the Liquidation Preference per Series Z Preferred Unit, commencing on the date of issuance of such Series Z Preferred Unit, determined on the basis of a 360-day year (and twelve 30-day months), cumulative to the extent not distributed on any Series Z Preferred Unit Distribution Payment Date (as defined below).
Priority Return. Means an amount equal to 4.875% 5.20% per annum, of the Liquidation Preference per Series Z W Preferred Unit, commencing on the date of issuance of such Series Z W Preferred Unit, determined on the basis of a 360-day year (and twelve 30-day months), cumulative to the extent not distributed on any Series Z W Preferred Unit Distribution Payment Date (as defined below).
Priority Return. Means an amount equal to 4.875% 5.25% per annum, of the Liquidation Preference per Series Z X Preferred Unit, commencing on the date of issuance of such Series Z X Preferred Unit, determined on the basis of a 360-day year (and twelve 30-day months), cumulative to the extent not distributed on any Series Z X Preferred Unit Distribution Payment Date (as defined below).

Means an amount equal to 7.375% per annum, of the Liquidation Preference per Series O Preferred Unit, commencing on the date of issuance of such Series O Preferred Unit, determined on the basis of a 360-day year (and twelve 30-day months), cumulative to the extent not distributed on any Series O Preferred Unit Distribution Payment Date (as defined below).
Priority Return. Means an amount equal to 5.70% per annum, of the Liquidation Preference per Series V Preferred Unit, commencing on the date of issuance of such Series V Preferred Unit, determined on the basis of a 360-day year (and twelve 30-day months), cumulative to the extent not distributed on any Series V Preferred Unit Distribution Payment Date (as defined below).
Priority Return. Means an amount equal to 5.75% per annum, of the Liquidation Preference per Series U Preferred Unit, commencing on the date of issuance of such Series U Preferred Unit, determined on the basis of a 360-day year (and twelve 30-day months), cumulative to the extent not distributed on any Series U Preferred Unit Distribution Payment Date (as defined below).

Means an amount equal to 6.45% per annum, of the Liquidation Preference per Series S Preferred Unit, commencing on the date of issuance of such Series S Preferred Unit, determined on the basis of a 360-day year (and twelve 30-day months), cumulative to the extent not distributed on any Series S Preferred Unit Distribution Payment Date (as defined below).

Priority Return.
