Private Parties

Private Parties. Means the named plaintiffs individually and in their respective representative capacities in each of the Civil Actions, the Class, the Metropolitan Transit Development Board, San Diego Trolley, Inc., the Bustamante Civil Action, the Water District Action, and San Diego Transit Corporation.
