Private Placement Units

Private Placement Units. The units that will be acquired by the Sponsor for an aggregate purchase price of $3,900,000 (or up to $4,200,000 if the Underwriters' exercise their option to purchase additional units in full) in a private placement that shall close simultaneously with the consummation of the Public Offering (including the Ordinary Shares and private placement warrants underlying such units and the Ordinary Shares issuable upon exercise of such private placement units thereof)

Private Placement Units. The units of the Company that will be acquired by the Sponsor for an aggregate purchase price of $12,000,000 (or up to $12,750,000 if the Underwriters exercise their option to purchase additional units), or $10.00 per Unit, in a private placement that shall close simultaneously with the consummation of the Public Offering
