Private Restrictions

Example Definitions of "Private Restrictions"
Private Restrictions. The term "Private Restrictions" means all recorded covenants, conditions and restrictions, private agreements, reciprocal easement agreements, and any other recorded instruments affecting the use of the Premises which (i) exist as of the Effective Date, or (ii) are recorded after the Effective Date.
