Priveco Warrants

Priveco Warrants. Means the issued and outstanding warrants to purchase common shares of Priveco held by the Selling Shareholders, which warrants are exercisable until December 31, 2016 at the price of $0.23 per share. (m) "PUBCO SHARES" shall mean fully paid and non-assessable common shares of Pubco to be issued to the Selling Shareholders by Pubco upon Closing on the basis of 1 Pubco Share for 5.4935 Priveco Shares;

Priveco Warrants. Collectively, the 900,000 outstanding warrants of Priveco, each of which entitles the Warrant Holders to purchase one common share of Priveco, being all of the outstanding and unexercised warrants of Priveco;
