Pro Rata Bonus

Pro Rata Bonus. Means an amount equal to the Target Bonus amount for a Participant for the calendar year in which the Change in Control Termination occurs prorated on a daily basis from the beginning of such period up to and including the date of the Change in Control Termination.

Pro Rata Bonus. An amount equal to a pro rata portion of the cash incentive award for the year of termination based on the degree to which the applicable Company-based financial performance metrics for the year of termination were satisfied, and assuming target achievement of any performance metrics related to individual performance.

Pro Rata Bonus. Pro Rata Bonus. Pro Rata Bonus. A pro rata bonus for the year of termination based on the Maximum Amount for such calendar year and the relative number of days worked during such calendar year through the effective date of termination.

Pro Rata Bonus. A pro rata bonus for the year of termination based on the target annual bonus for such calendar year and the relative number of days worked during such calendar year (paid, subject to Section 16 hereof, sixty (60) days after the date of termination).

Pro Rata Bonus.
