Pro Rata Percentage

Pro Rata Percentage. With respect to each CVR Holder on any CVR Share Record Date, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the number of CVRs held by such CVR Holder and the denominator of which is the total number of outstanding CVRs.

Pro Rata Percentage.
